EdStart Schools Wigan is a fully DfE registered independent school that was officially opened by the Mayor of Wigan, Cllr. Marie Morgan on Friday 12th May 2023. EdStart Schools Wigan is part of a wider network of specialist schools that supports all stakeholders involved in education and helps reintegrate students back into a structured academic and pastoral environment. We offer aspirational and bespoke education to students that gives them an opportunity to achieve GCSEs and more alongside their mainstream peers.
