The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25thMay 2018 which has been incorporated into UK law as the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).
At EdStart Specialist Education Provision we have always taken data protection seriously. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer who we have worked with to update policies and procedures to ensure that we achieve and maintain compliance with Data Protection Laws. We promote a strong data protection culture ensuring that all personal data is processed with the utmost integrity and confidentiality and ensure that our employees have a good level of understanding and awareness of data protection.
