With 20 years of experience working in both mainstream schools and specialist provisions, Sue’s passion is working with the most vulnerable of our young people, ensuring they get the support needed to make fantastic 16-year-olds. Sue’s background is pastoral and greatly believes that a young person needs to feel safe, respected and have trusting relationships with staff members in order to meet their true potential.
